For this project, we were asked to produce a feasibility study which would explore the capacity for new housing on this tricky crossroad site.  We were keen to retain the local amenities of the existing site to ensure it was sustainable for the existing local community and hoped to maximise the amount of housing with a mixture of dwelling sizes.
