Edge House is due to commence on site shortly.
Edge House replaces an extensively altered five-bedroom detached dwelling with a new, high-quality home that responds sensitively to its setting on the edge of the Green Belt. The project is due to commence on site shortly.
Located adjacent to open space and allotments, the six-bedroom house is arranged over two to three storeys, with a linked single-storey garage. The design reflects the scale and character of the surrounding area, using a restrained contemporary material palette.
Buff brick forms the primary façade material, complemented by black timber cladding at ground level to articulate the massing. Roof finishes combine slate tiles and standing seam metal, with inset solar panels integrated into south-facing pitches. Aluminium-clad timber windows and powder-coated aluminium rainwater goods complete the scheme.
