This project looked at the capacity of a complex site. The site sits between existing buildings, a railway and a busy main round. We looked how a mixture of sized homes could be provided on this tight site whilst ensuring shared external space, access, privacy and noise concerns. The client South Yorkshire Housing Association, used this capacity study to inform a procurement strategy for future sites.
