Knowle House Air Test
An air tightness test at our recently completed Knowle House project confirmed that the air permeability rate for the house after the alterations is 4.48m3/h/m2 at 50Pa which is considerably better than the current 10m3/h/m2 at 50Pa requirement for a new build house in the UK!
